Can I book every service immediately?

You can book times made available by the business. For services whose scope needs to be agreed first, you can request a quote.

How do I find local businesses?

Choose a service and location in Discover. Open a business profile to check its offer and availability. Available offers depend on the businesses listed on Zuapp.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Check the available actions in My matters. Cancellation depends on the booking status and conditions. Contact the business to discuss a change of time.

Does the waiting list reserve a time for me?

No. A notification invites you to check availability again in the app.

Who can leave a review?

The ability to leave a review is linked to a completed booking.
